ARO Engineering specializes in Homeowners Association (HOA) design, permitting, and construction management. We have engaged in a wide variety of projects for large developments across Florida which include master planning and phased development, stormwater construction and erosion repair maintenance, structural investigation and repair, utility maintenance and improvements, contractor bid package support, contractor selection and coordination, and construction oversight. We assist clients in all aspects of development starting with permitting and ending with construction management. We also assist with site code and fire safety violation cases, and work closely with municipal code enforcement to ensure all issues are resolved with minimal cost and impact to any development.
